Job summary
The Senior Community Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of properties in their portfolio, responsible for managing compliance activities and overall performance.Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to laws relating to leasing and developing responses to regulatory agencies,
as well as implementing intervention strategies with Regional Managers and Compliance Department for tenants who are non-compliant with lease/compliance requirements.
Additionally, the role involves preparing site REAC reviews and performing annual and interim recertification reviews,
assisting tenants with requests, questions, problems, and complaints,
monitoring tenant arrears and litigation cases,
courts evictions process delinquencies through legal action;
furthermore directs collection of monthly rents late fees processes applications pursues delinquencies through legal action evicts monitors bad-debt write-offs alerts staff emergencies during move ins outs emergencies;
- Servicing vendors contractor quotes conducting unit inspections walk-throughs with Building Superintendent creating reports review buildings properly maintained building needs appropriately noted planned addressed.
