    Job Title: Groundskeeper/Porter at Michelson Realty Company

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the grounds, amenities, building exteriors/interiors, Clubhouse/leasing office, and parking lots are meticulously maintained.
    • Regularly remove trash from office areas and the apartment community perimeter.
    • Aid in preparing vacant apartments for renting by performing tasks like trash removal and cleaning.
    • Support Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager in completing assigned maintenance tasks.
    • Assist the maintenance team with snow removal when needed.
    • Help troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues.
    • Report maintenance concerns promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
    • Maintain excellent curb appeal throughout the community.
    • Distribute communication documentation to residents as necessary.
    • Adhere to all company policies, objectives, and values.
    • Contribute to resident retention initiatives.
    • Address unsafe conditions promptly and ensure correction in a timely manner.
    • Learn and comply with all company, local, state, and federal safety regulations.
    • Report any unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager immediately.
    • Assist the management team with additional tasks as needed.
