- Assisting in cardiothoracic surgeries.
- Perform endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) and radial artery harvesting.
- Handle vein harvesting, patient closure, and postoperative care.
- Work with 5 APPs and 5 surgeons for seamless patient care.
- Participate in aortic surgeries, mitral valve replacements, minimally invasive procedures, CABG surgeries, etc.
- Flexible 12hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, willing to be flexible on blocks/ how the days are split up.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cardiothoracic APP.
- Proficiency in EVH and open radial artery harvesting.
- Strong CVOR surgical assisting skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a highvolume surgical environment.
