The Automotive Quick-Lane Technician will:
Perform Oil Changes & Quick Lubes in an efficient manner.
Perform Tire Changeovers & Wheel Balancing.
Light Duty Repair work - Wipers, Air & Cabin Filters, Battery testing.
Provide Service Advisor with a quality inspection and communicate recommendations when needed.
Demonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
Ensure guest vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect.
Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Maintain any certifications and trainings as required by the manufacturer.
Willing to help out in any area of the service department where needed, this could include building and grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Must be a fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station.
- Must be able to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
