Job DescriptionWell-established pain management clinic in the Metro Tulsa area seeking an enthusiastic Certified Medical Assistant or RMA to join their team
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Mon-Thur; 8am-2pm, FriPay: $20 -$22 per hour
Duties & responsibilities:

• Current, up-to-date certification or registration
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Escort patient to and from exam room.
• Records patient data in EHR at each visit, including but not limited to, vital signs, height, weight, allergies & medication changes.
• NextGen EMR experience, preferred
• Insurance experience a plus
• Obtains all necessary consents/authorizations prior to treatment or procedure
• Schedules surgeries, patient referrals, and appointments as required.
• Prepare and stock exam rooms & procedure rooms
• Follows all exam & treatment room disinfections, OSHA and HIPAA protocols
• Cleaning and processing of instruments and equipment, as needed
• Trained to give injections
• Maintain efficient patient flow
• Displays excellent customer service, verbal & written communication and attention to detail.
• Patient Triage Experience a plus
• 2+ years' experience, Rheumatology experience a plus
