    Responsibilities:

    1. Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
    2. Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
    3. Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to ensure accuracy of billing.
    4. Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments in a timely manner.
    5. Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies as needed.
    6. Maintain vendor files and communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
    7. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
    8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts payable procedures and improve efficiency.
    9. Stay current with industry best practices and compliance regulations related to accounts payable.
    10. Provide support for ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
    2. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role.
    3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
    8. Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting standards.
    9. Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate industry is a plus.
    10. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
    Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
