Role Description

The Vice President of Technology, Information, and Planning Services will oversee technology operations, lead strategic information systems planning, and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with institutional goals.

Responsibilities include managing the IT department, overseeing data analytics, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality IT services.

Collaboration with diverse departments to enhance institutional effectiveness and support academic and administrative systems will be essential. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater McAllen Area.

Qualifications
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of technology infrastructure, information systems, and cybersecurity.
Experience in data analytics, database management, and institutional effectiveness.
Proficiency in budget management and financial planning for technology initiatives.
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Doctorate degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing technology and information services, ideally in a higher education setting.
