    Description
    Diagnose, trouble shoot and repair of automated equipment, PLC's, robotics and digital sensors.

    • Prepares and updates process control plans, FMEA's, flow diagrams, capability studies, and similar documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Coordinates and/or executes engineering and technical preparation of process procedures.
    • Analyzes and evaluates specifications and blueprints to ensure manufacturability of products as outlined in quotation requests.
    • Oversee and/or conduct manufacturing process evaluation, including designed experiments, for the purpose of resolving processing problems as defined by customers, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing.
    • Coordinate and direct the manufacturing ECN functions in assigned areas of responsibility. Responsible for such issues as analyzing proposed process modifications, determining cost variances, establishing economical processing costs, implementing corrective actions, and overseeing maintenance of ECN records.
    • Keep abreast of new processing developments pertaining to the function and in the best interest of the Company. Participate in manufacturing information presentations.
    • Write routings and bill of materials for sample and production parts.
    • Assist in the diagnostics trouble shooting of automated equipment, PLC's, robotics and digital sensors.
    • Perform other duties assigned.

    • BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, with at least 3+ years' experience as a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer
    • Strong Digital Controls, PLC and robotics experience preferred.
    • Working knowledge of ISO/IATF-16949 quality system standards
    • Knowledge of the Toyota Production Systems, Kaizen methodology, and experience in a Lean Systems manufacturing environment.
    • Strong Computer skills required. CAD experience preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal skills required to work and communicate with all levels of the Company.
    • Ability to travel.
