STV's growing Transportation and Infrastructure Group in New Jersey is seeking multiple Resident Engineers for long term $25M - $1B bridge, highway, and rail reconstruction projects.

This individual should be well versed in bridge, rail, highway and deep foundation construction, be capable of managing a 5+ CM/CI staff, possess strong communication, computer, and writing skills and be experienced with CPM Scheduling.

They will act as the main point of contact during construction, and implement the Project Work Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan, and other documents.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with 4+ years as Resident Engineer/CM experience on projects $25M or greater
• Experienced on bridge, highway, and railroad construction projects
• Licensed professional engineer or NICET 4 Highway Construction.
• Possess combination of NJDOT, NJ Turnpike and NJ Transit experience
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Construction management software experience (CapEx, Site Manager, ECMS, etc.)
• Have combination of NJSAT, ACI, ACI CCTC and Rutgers TCC certifications
