Job DescriptionAxios Professional Recruitment is partnered with an Autism Center in Prudenville, MI who is seeking residential Behavioral Technicians. Their ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to:
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on patient behavior during therapy sessions
- Assist with evaluations and patient assessments
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct behavioral assessments and assist in the development of behavior intervention plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
