Shift:
Full Time-Days (Rotating Weekends) The Hemodialysis RN will plan, evaluate, coordinate and organize the plan of care.
This plan will fall within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act and will include individualized, holistic, supportive and safe care for the adult and geriatric patient population requiring hemodialysis.
Education:
BSN Required Experience:
Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last 3 years. Previous experience working with Hemodialysis patients. Experience with acute care in the past 5 years.
Licensure and Certification:
Completed AHA BLS and ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment, required. CCRN preferred Current license by the Board of Nurse Examiners State of Texas.
Nurse Details:
This is a Hemodialysis Unit BSN Required 1 year of Recent Acute Care Hemodialysis experience
Bed Count: 10 Procedural area for inpatient dialysis, also do dialysis for ICU patients
