    Facility Requirements:
    Must have SC PT license (must be attached to resume)
    Must have 2 years recent PT experience, in hospital preferred
    Must have BLS certifications, must be attached to submission packet (Must be through the American Heart Association); RQI certifications will not be accepted

    Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist, AcuteExperience: 1 yearLicenses: PT(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
