    Technical Data Analyst

    We are seeking a Technical Data Analyst with hands-on experience in migrating Sales users and data from Salesforce.com to Dynamics 365.

    • Migrate Sales users and data, including Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts, from Salesforce.com to Dynamics 365.
    • Develop strong expertise in data profiling, integration, transformation, and understanding how data affects downstream systems like Sales and Finance data warehouses/data lakes, reporting, etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with client internal data teams and business teams to clarify data-related requirements for the project.
    • Have hands-on experience with SFDC to Dynamics field mappings & data models.
    • Design an end-to-end strategy to combine objects from various systems and financial KPIs.
    • Build integrations between SFDC, Dynamics, SAP ECC, and DBX for Power BI reporting and financial metrics.
    • Leverage enterprise data sources to create sophisticated and insightful analyses and data models for Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop detailed data requirements/specifications for Engineering teams to build solutions in downstream data management and reporting systems.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree; preferred candidates have a major in Computer Science, MBA, or equivalent experience.
    • 4+ years of data analytics, data BSA, or data product management experience with a solid understanding of delivering data solutions in an agile environment.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL/SparkSQL/Python for querying and manipulating large datasets, as well as experience with platforms like Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
    • Ability to influence outcomes, navigate, mediate to consensus with integrity, and possess great interpersonal communication, presentation skills, and social skills.
    • Data requirement writing skills, including collecting, prioritizing, and gathering input from multiple sources, and providing accurate requirements with attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with enterprise application capabilities to deliver transaction and event-driven data solutions (e.g., SAP/HANA, MS Dynamics, Salesforce Data, ADLS/Hadoop/Databricks datalake/lakehouse solutions, and/or Kafka streams).
