- Perform SaaS system administration and configurations on a routine basis for existing and new customer implementations
- Collaborate with KAG Logistics operations internally and externally with customers and other service providers that are part of a logistics solution
- Complete project assignments and deliverables as assigned
- Communicate efficiently with internal IT services and outside IT vendors
- Design and document business process solutions
- Implement business solutions
- Ensure quality of solution is being achieved when transitioning to operations team to execute
- Demo system solution, provide process documentation and perform train the trainer activities when necessary
- Provide presales consultative support when necessary
- Ability to travel on a project by project basis
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field or commensurate experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Background working with Saas based systems including TMS, Inventory and Fuel Management, visibility and business intelligence applications preferred

Position Summary
Position pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 based upon experience
This position is responsible for providing systems configuration and administration support to the logistics group for specific TMS (MercuryGate), FM, IM (PDI)
