    JAG Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services with 100 facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes-driven results.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, managing clinic goals, staff training, and performance management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet census goals of clinic and each clinician
    • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws
    • Facility maintenance and review/approve timecards through ADP
    • Interview/hiring and training clinical staff
    • Monitor staff compliance, documentation audits, and Medicare compliance
    • Manage and approve expenses of staff in clinic
    • Physician referral management and discharge policy adherence
    • Monthly clinical supply ordering and lost patient log workflow

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred
    • Professional License/Certification required
    • Valid CPR license and knowledge of Prompt EMR system
    • Minimum of three years' clinical outpatient experience and two years' clinical supervision or program development experience

    What We Offer:

    • Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
