- Utilize expertise in Financial Management Regulations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DoD Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS), and internal NGA policies to manage RDT&E and O&M funding.
- Ensure compliance with appropriation guidance and severability policy for funding execution on Federal Assistance Agreements, contract types, OTs, and other vehicles used by Research organizations.
- Provide support for financial execution functions to ensure timely commitment, obligation, and expenditures of funds.
- Create, edit, and review Military Intergovernmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and Air Force Form-9 (AF-9s) for funding execution.
- Assist in developing MIPR/AF-9 documentation including Determination and Findings (D&Fs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and SOWs, SOOs, or PWSs.
- Participate in developing Interagency Agreements (IAA) and converting MOAs and IAAs to FS Forms 7600 As/Bs in accordance with DODI and NGA policies.
- Support Government staff in coordinating with external agencies for funding execution through effective communication and documentation.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to sit for a CI Poly.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Master's degree.
