    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Production Associate is an attentive and team-oriented individual who will perform a variety of tasks ensuring that manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality. They will also have a high attention to detail and ensure that equipment involved in the manufacturing process is in good working order and being used in a safe manner.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
    • Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
    • Perform production duties as assigned by production supervisor typically entailing the manual assembly of products.
    • Capable of weighing and feeding raw materials into appropriate machinery based on production guidelines.
    • Exercise safe work practices.
    • Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
    • Perform all checks as required by the quality sampling standards to maintain specific quality standards.
    • Maintain production rates and strive to improve.
    • Record and report all necessary information and computer input as requested.
    • Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
    • Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
    • Effective time management skills
    • Able to follow written and or verbal instructions to specifications
    • Able to climb, bend reach and perform repetitive motions
    • Great problem-solving skills

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Must be able to sit/stand for 8-10 hours
    • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

    COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

    • Base salary starts at $18.00/hr + bonus based on company and personal performance
