Job summary
The Team Lead assists in supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations while ensuring that 100% compliance exists with all established Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is the safety and welfare of employees and customers.
Maintain and reinforce current service level standards.
Provide service training and leadership to staff members.
Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency
Sales Floor Merchandising and Visual Presentation responsibilities to include adherence to company standards:
Sales floor maintenance housekeeping Promotional event directions materials signage Inventory Control responsibilities to include adherence to all policies procedures regards Shipping Receiving Price Management Price Changes Markdowns etc Singles Damaged Merchandise Conducting Physical Inventory Li All POS terminal transactions accordance policy procedure Sales Discounts Refunds Loyalty OpenClosing procedures Payroll Control responsibilities include adherence policies procedures scheduling Payroll budget compliance Time Attendance Training Development direct reports responsibilities adhere policies procedures Utilization available training tools Consistent reinforcement customer service standards Loss Prevention responsibilities adhere policies procedures protection control Company assets Work towards complete understanding managing day todays operations Customers Sales Associates Store Management DistrictRegional Manager Store Operations Training personnel Key Qualifications approved background check Effective verbal written communication skills Managerial organisational skills
