    Job Summary
    Represents the University in new student recruitment and participates in the evaluation of applicants. Participates in recruitment activities and projects, both in and out of state.
    Essential Functions

    Oversees and coordinates all day-to-day operational aspects of assigned international territory.

    Develops and implements comprehensive strategies to recruit a diverse pool of potential international undergraduate applicants in line with institutional goals and priorities.

    Conducts research on recruitment markets and international student mobility trends to inform recruitment strategy.

    Corresponds and interacts with prospective students, applicants, University alumni, guidance counselors, and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic and non-academic programs, and student activities following established procedures and precedents.

    Provides a wide array of consultative services to prospective students and their families.
    Cultivates and maintains key relationships with various stakeholders to enhance the University's presence abroad.
    Participates in admissions committees to determine student applicants' admissibility to the University and monitors progress of applicants.
    Plans and conducts both virtual and in-person events and presentations.

    Travels within territory for recruitment and yield activities such as conducting information sessions at high schools, community colleges, college fairs, and community-based organizations.

    Physical Effort


    Mobility with regard to possible travel within the United States and abroad is essential and a requirement for successful performance in this position.

    Valid driver's license and passport are required.

    May be required to carry a box of material (up to 50 lbs.) from car and/or from building to building or between floors.
