    Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Rehab department (PT/OT/SLP)

    Treatment provided in patients room, hallway, outdoor areas, and in rehab gym

    Documentation system:
    Cerner and NetHealth

    Scheduling requirements: 40 hours per week, schedule needs to be reviewed during interview with rehab manager

    Floating policy:
    clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated

    Patient Experience requirements:
    Perfer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting
    Hospital Specifics-Certifications: CPR, NC Physical Therapy license

    Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care, assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated.

    Frequent communication with rehab team on patient's progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs


    Certifications Required:
    Must have CPR certification and NC PT license
