As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a structured and supportive environment that fosters the academic, emotional, and social development of students.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
• Manage household routines and student schedules

A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to reside on-campus with your spouse and work together as part of the Flex Houseparents program. This two-person role allows couples to share responsibilities while making significant contributions to the well-being of their assigned group of 8-13 students.
