Job summary

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your main role will be to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately assesses,
    communicates,
    and documents residents' status.
  • Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director,
    physician,RCA's,
    & Executive Director per state regulations.
