Job DescriptionPackager, $14.00/hour - Scottville
A Scottville company is seeking full-time Packager for 1st Shift. Hours are 6:00 am-2:30 pm or 7:00am-3:30pm. Must be able to work on Saturday and Sunday. Will have two days off during the week. .
Skills:

• Set up and tear down Harvest carts and sanitation standards
• Harvest all mushrooms to quality standards in a fast-paced setting
• Be able to hit and maintain a set cut rate per mushroom
• To label and fill out proper paperwork daily as needed
• Daily practice of safety and food safety requirements is a must
• Ability to assist in other departments

Qualifications:

• Ability to climb stairs, bend, twist, and lift 35+ pounds daily
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Basic math and reading skills and comprehension
• Ability to learn all the mushrooms and maturity levels
  
  
  

Packagers will learn and follow all SOP's of harvest, follow all safety regulations, harvest and package all mushrooms under GMI/Food Safety guidelines in a timely fashion, and follow correct labeling and traceability standards.Apply online today at or call our office at
