Education and Work Experience
Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience. Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state. Will consider Occupational Therapist or Speeh Therapist BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
