    Medical Oncology (ONC)

    Base Salary Guarantee + wRVU Production

    We offer a competitive base salary guarantee, with opportunities for additional income through wRVU production. Multiple physicians in our practice consistently rank above the 90th percentile of wRVU production ($877,000 MGMA 90th percentile).

    $10K Relocation & Up to $30K Sign On: Receive up to $10,000 for relocation expenses and a potential sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.

    Responsibilities and Facility Details

    Medical Oncology (ONC)

    Employed Opportunity

    We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist to join our employed team. Responsibilities include:

    • Office call: Physicians take night shifts on a weekly rotation (1 week per month)
    • Weekend hospital call: 7-8 weekends per year

    Tumor boards with multiple specialties available, full support staff for each physician, including MA and RN, and research affiliation with Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center, offering numerous clinical trials/care within the health system.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:

    • Have an M.D. or D.O. degree
    • Be fellowship-trained and board-eligible or board-certified in Hem/Onc
    • Be able to attain a TN Medical License
