We are seeking a Shelter Generalist for our Men's Shelter to be on a team that carries out our mission. Maintains a safe, clean, hospitable, and dignifying environment for all guests and residents; assisting in the provision of trauma-informed, person-first, and grace-based program services to meet the need of all who seek The Tacoma Rescue Mission's care.Responsibilities
- Greets all guests, residents, volunteers, donors, and team members warmly.
- Connects and engages with residents.
