Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Summer Contract Position

Location: Windsor, CT Area

Duration: July 8, July 26, weeks)

Hours: 3 hours/day, 5 days/week (15 hours/week)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a summer contract position within our school district in the Windsor, CT area. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from PreK to 12th grade students. The ideal candidate will be flexible, passionate about helping students with behavioral needs, and mitted to making a positive impact within an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student behavior plans and progress reports

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with diverse student populations in an educational setting
Strong munication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to special education and behavior intervention

Benefits:
