    What we need :
    Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a M&A Transition Analyst for our company's office located in US.


    This is a unique opportunity to be a part of our world class Infrastructure team in our Enterprise Environment, stay in touch with latest technology and provide world class customer service to internal and external clients.

    The Analyst compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects.

    Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis.

    Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization.

    Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings.

    Assists with project management activities.

    Will create, manage and be accountable for the scope of the M&A projects.


    What you will do:
    Gather all details as they pertain to Infrastructure / Cloud for all mergers and acquisitions.

    Work with all necessary departments (Ex. Database, Application Development, etc...) during the M&A to ensure a successful transition.

    Attend daily, monthly M&A team meetings and transpose business requirements to actionable tasks.

    Gather any contracts as they pertain to infrastructure and work with engineering teams to determine strategy.

    Design high level infrastructure architectures and work with engineering to finalize final state.

    Strategize on short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network capacity meets existing and future needs.

    Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.

    Evaluates and documents issue resolution and analyzes trends for ways to prevent future occurrences.

    Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for ongoing M&A projects.

    Plan, acquire, and coordinate procurement of various technologies and through to installation.

    Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards.

    Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for M&A projects and associated efforts.

    Manage, in concert with the security team, and ensure effectiveness of security solutions including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

    Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users.


    Manage operational costs; resource / labor estimates, conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base considering all M&A projects planned and/or in progress.

    Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time.

    Ability to work remotely and lead remotely.

    Collaborate with on shore and offshore users including multiple time zones across US.


    Ability to work after hours, nights, weekends and provide emergency response support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year when required.

    Perform all other responsibilities and duties deemed necessary.

    What you need to have (Basic Qualifications- minimum 8-10 years) :

    Strong Background in IT Operations and IT Service Delivery supporting corporate environments.

    Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, MIS, related field and or technical training. Advanced technical/business degree is a plus.

    Azure/Office365 Certified

    Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to make real time decisions.

    Can link strategy and actions to business impact and results.

    Ability to communicate and influence upward as well as laterally.

    Organized and detail oriented with a strong technical acumen and manage risks


    Technical Expertise:
    (Minimum 8-10 years) Office365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Email Migration tools (Quest), Active Directory, Entra AD, SSO/SAML, Conditional Access Policies, MFA, ProofPoint, Migration strategies for all Office365 Services, Intune, AutoPilot, Bitlocker, Desktop Support knowledge and experience, cross functional collaboration/troubleshooting with various IT teams
