    Description
    :


    Research Associate will conduct experiments and contribute to the development of our TBI product using modern immunochemical techniques under the supervision of the lead Scientist and/or Director of Assay Development.

    Responsibilities:


    • Plan and execute experiments with the guidance of project leader
    • Analyze data, prepare summary of the experiments and technical reports
    • Follow and develop SOPs and Work Instructions
    • Maintain records using Good Documentation Practices
    • Adhere to quality management system
    • Solve technical challenges using creative thinking, scientific method, and analytical skills
    Skills:

    immunology, Laboratory, biochemistry, glp, gmp, biology, elisa, antibodies, aseptic technique, iso 13485, Chemistry, assay development, assay

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:


    • GMP/GLP
    • Attention to detail
    • Knowledge of laboratory methods commonly used in immunochemistry and molecular biology, such as
    :


    • ELISA
    • Antibody purification, protein conjugation and labeling
    • Protein analysis by BCA, A280, gel electrophoresis, and other standard techniques Preparation of solutions
    • Aseptic techniques
    • Knowledge of ISO 13485 or experience working in regulated environment is a plus
    • Clean room or cGMP experience is a plus
    • GMP/GLP
    • Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus
    • Bachelor of Science in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
    • 2-4+ years of practical lab experience
    • Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus
