Our Paving Group in the Central region is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team to cover the central and eastern region.
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise labor, equipment, and subcontractors throughout project completionDevelop and manage project budgetsAdhere to OSHA and company safety requirementsDevelop, revise, and oversee schedule, quality, risk management, and financial requirements for assigned projects exercising independent judgment to revise such as needed to meet project requirementsBuild self-preform cost estimates for projectsAssess project risks and address potential problems and hazardsCommunicate regularly with customer to ensure satisfactionCommunicate effectively with internal and external team membersMaintain company quality standards with subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions including any accepted alternates or addendums with documentsMinimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Similar preferredMinimum of five years project management experienceStrong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products#LI-CM1#J-18808-Ljbffr
