    1st Shift Receptionist

    • Answering phone and greeting guests is about 10% of the job.
    • Primary responsibilities are completing time edits daily which consists of correcting clock-ins to specific jobs, deleting downtime, and adding in vacation time.
    • This uses our ERP system (Epicor) and is trainable.
    • Other administrative duties as needed
    • Strong Excel skills are needed
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, and Outlook
    • Basic math skills
    • Excellent telephone, listening, and verbal communication skills
    • Professional demeanor and customer service skills are a must
    • Good organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Consistent and dependable attendance

    Other responsibilities can include:

    • Maintains a safe and clean reception area.
    • Sorts and distributes mail daily.
    • Maintains scheduling of conference rooms.
    • Books travel as needed.
    • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
    • Assists accounting department with invoices, Purchase Orders, and checks.
    • Places office supply orders.
    • Maintain 5S standards for supply cabinets.
    • Maintains company directory.
    • Types Purchase Orders for tooling, regrinds, and manufacturing supplies.
    • Assists with special projects as needed.
    • Create and print signs and bulletins for various departments.
    • Assists HR function with scanning of documents and special projects
    • Assist Manufacturing Manager with data collection and reporting.
    • Places orders and changes for employee uniforms.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Places orders and/or changes for employee uniforms through Cintas.
    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 5S standards.
