- Investigate claims for coverage, liability, and damages.
- Determine liability of parties involved in a loss, including comparative negligence.
- Initiate Subrogation process (if applicable) by creating a well-documented referral.
- Contact insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties related to an auto accident.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, text, and email.
- Ensure timely disposition of all claims in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Adhere to personal lines policies, including related coverages and exclusions.
- Effectively manage workload using claims management and imaging systems.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience handling Auto claims, specifically comparative negligence.
- Experience using a claims management and imaging system, as well as Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated competency in time management, priority setting, and customer focus.
