Overview

We are seeking an experienced Claim Resolution Specialist to join our Personal Lines Auto team in Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate claims for coverage, liability, and damages.
• Determine liability of parties involved in a loss, including comparative negligence.
• Initiate Subrogation process (if applicable) by creating a well-documented referral.
• Contact insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties related to an auto accident.
• Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, text, and email.
• Ensure timely disposition of all claims in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Adhere to personal lines policies, including related coverages and exclusions.
• Effectively manage workload using claims management and imaging systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of experience handling Auto claims, specifically comparative negligence.
• Experience using a claims management and imaging system, as well as Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated competency in time management, priority setting, and customer focus.
