Care for emergencies render first aid and if necessary make arrangements for further treatment contact parents to advise them of the child s illness if required notify the school office concerning children released from school because of illness under the direction of the Principal inquire into unexplained pupil absences check immunization records of all students to ensure compliance with R.S.A. 200:38 notify parents of deficiencies and inform the Principal of non compliance maintain health medication clinic examination records files keep a daily log of activities maintain supply inventory in compliance with district state nursing regulations policies procedures assist advise LPNs LNAs teachers assigned to special needs students classrooms.
