As they continue to grow, they are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in safeguarding their solar panel farms.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of a client's solar panel farm premises. The ideal candidate will be reliable, observant, and able to handle various situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol the solar panel farm premises on foot or using designated vehicles to detect and deter unauthorized access, vandalism, or theft.
2. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
3. Maintain accurate records of security patrols, incidents, and any actions taken during shifts.
4. Conduct regular inspections of perimeter fencing, gates, and access points to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
5. Provide assistance and directions to visitors, contractors, and employees as needed.
6. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders in the event of incidents or emergencies.
7. Report any safety hazards, security concerns, or maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
8. Follow company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of security.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
6. Guard Card
7. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for patrols).
