Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position would be responsible for building a plan and going after the market (Condos, Sr. Housing, Dorms, Rental Portfolios new Developments on Oahu) with a triple play (dial tone, internet, and video) product offering and long term marketing partnerships agreements. In addition to going after this market, this position will need to build a team of sales and sales support people to respond to the needs of this department.

Essential Functions:

• Negotiate bulk agreements and long term marketing agreements with MDU residential rental portfolio partners
• Build and maintain long lasting relationships within the rental property management industry
• Cold call and prospect new business
• Work with finance, product and legal on large commercial agreements
• Build and maintain a 0-18 month sales funnel

Education:

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:

Must possess a valid driver's license

Relevant Work Experience:

5 to 7 years in related field

Previous experience in sales, sales management, sales development previous supervisory experience. Experience in telecommunications industry a plus

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to negotiate large commercial agreements

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment:

Must be able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Work may be performed in various locations across the greater Hawaii area

Salary range: $55,000-$82,500
