    Description

    Vice President of FP&A

    APPLY BY MAY 24, 2024

    Our client is a middle-market technology and consulting services organization.

    As Vice President of FP&A, you will report to the CFO and oversee the corporate FP&A (financial, planning and analysis) functions across the entire business. You will also:

    • Lead the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle.
    • Facilitate the long-range planning and 5-year forecasting process to support executive decision making.
    • Closely collaborate business unit leaders to understand their operations and provide financial guidance.
    • Monitor financial metrics including revenue, gross margins, operating expenses, etc.
    • Analyzes trends in KPIs to identify and anticipate unexpected variances.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
    • MBA or Master's in Accounting (MAcc) is desired but not required.
    • Minimum 12 years of total experience in finance, accounting or related field.
    • Deep understanding of financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting
    • Ability to analyze financial data and develop fluency around the most important issues impacting the business.
    • Ability to build relationships and influence executive leaders.
    • Experience managing the financials for a business or an operating unit is helpful.
    • Prior experience in accounting is ideal.
