Project Planning/Scheduler Specialist - Houston, TX

+ Lead scheduling activities with internal and external suppliers as the main point of contact ensuring effective communication information sharing among the project team stakeholders Engage with vendors validate timelines challenge assumptions promoting transparency supporting development reliable schedules
+ Collaborate with the project team analyze requirements risks scope changes ensuring all essential activities are detailed for realistic project schedules Monitor progress critical paths notifying Project Managers deviations or scheduling issues while providing recommendations keep critical activities milestones on track
+ Issue regular schedule reports program updates upon request establishing baselines analytics monitor progress against key targets Recommend actions ensure deadlines met keep stakeholders informed
+ Actively participate in reviews assess progress address any issues that arise Coordinate procurement ensure material ordered time meet schedule commitments Perform analysis establish mitigation plans hold suppliers accountable execution plans challenge current performance vs initial execution schedules
