- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, including sonography
- Provide airway management and ventilate patients as needed
- Implement pain management techniques to ensure patient comfort
- Perform aseptic techniques to prevent infection
- Assist with IV infusion and maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients and their families on home care procedures and selfcare techniques
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) needs for patients
- Valid LPN license in [state]
