- Drafts survey documents
- Assist in developing project scope and schedules. Manage project timelines and interface with clients, contractors, and field personnel.
- Reduce and process field data, sketches, and digital data. Draft line work into AutoCAD from collected survey data.
- Work with field and office personnel to produce Record of Surveys, ALTA surveys, plats, boundary line agreements and adjustments, and any other document required for project completion.
- Research legal and survey records to obtain information pertaining to deeds, easements, right of ways, etc.
- Perform topographic mapping and construction staking preparation.
- Assist in training of the survey department and maintaining company standards.
- PLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
- Comprehensive knowledge of state survey standards.
- Possess field experience in all types of land surveying.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
