    About the Role

    • We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to assist with managing and configuring SaaS systems such as Google Workspace, NetSuite, OneLogin, Bamboo, Atlassian (Jira), Salesforce, and Freshworks.
    • The successful candidate will provide front-line on-site internal IT support, including daily operations for server and network maintenance, hotline & deskside support, equipment maintenance, and service provisioning for internal staff.
    • The ideal candidate will work with other departments to understand their needs and find ways to assist/improve their processes with IT solutions.
    • Responsibilities include helping to improve our cybersecurity posture and ensuring compliance with security standards.
    • The candidate will perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
    • Duties also include responsible for PCs, printers, and related equipment, installing and upgrading windows and software, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, and administering systems in an enterprise network environment.

    About You

    • We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience as an IT Help Desk/Support Technician.
    • A thorough understanding of Networking concepts such as Network protocols, TCP/IP, and OSI models is required.
    • Experience setting up systems from scratch and working with MacOS is an asset.
    • Hands-on experience working with a ticketing system, preferably Jira, is also desired.
    • Experience writing SQL queries and possessing CompTIA A+ or relevant technical certifications is an asset.
