- Oversee monthly reporting, emphasizing cost analysis and financial forecasting.
- Manage costing procedures, evaluating cost vs value, variable and fixed costs, and inventory.
- Lead inventory management, optimizing Bills of Materials (BOMs), and overseeing transfers and finished goods.
- Implement standard costing methodologies and assess costing by process area.
- A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business is required for consideration.
- Previous accounting experience in manufacturing at the plant level is a must for success.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency is essential, including PIVOT TABLES and VLOOKUPS; familiarity working with an ERP system is a plus.
