- Manage daily bookkeeping transactions using accounting, ERP, and financial systems.
- Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and on schedule.
- Ensure vendor invoices are reviewed, paid promptly, and reconciled as needed.
- Maintain payroll records by entering employee timekeeping data.

- Research and recommend an annual payment calendar.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial, employee, and proprietary information.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven office or administrative experience required.
- Required experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping.
- Payroll processing experience preferred.
- Inventory control experience preferred.
- Some farm operations experience or agricultural knowledge is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn or use QuickBooks and AgVero (Microsoft Navision).
- Stable, full-time hourly position with competitive pay: $19 $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
