- Make calls to contractors to confirm bids will be submitted on time.
- Keep accurate call log and associated notes per job.
- Email and other job-related information to contractors as needed.
- Become familiar with job plans to assist in contractor questions.
- Assist estimators with specific scope requirements.
- Take direction from Bid Supervisor.
- Deliver call log and discuss results with Bid Supervisor daily.
- Must be organized & pay acute attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook).
- English required / Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills.
- Possess the ability to promote and contribute to a productive working environment.
- Possess the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation and make a logical conclusion.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Commercial Construction Background desired.
- High School Diploma required, Associate Degree or equivalence in experience preferred.
