    Description


    Aggregate Intelligence is looking for a highly motivated professional with relevant work experience to help launch a new Market Analytics team within the company.


    As the gold standard provider of market data in self-storage (as producer of the leading BI brand StorTrack), we have significant and growing customer demand for advanced analysis, insights and financial benchmarking.

    We intend to develop new products and reports enabling our customers to reach beyond the data we provide and understand what it is telling us about market trends, performance and the future.

    Responsibilities

    Devise, prepare, author and publish a wide range of macroeconomic and market-focused reports.

    Work with our data origination teams to find opportunities within our data assets for product and report opportunities.

    Build and maintain complex models to interpret our data assets into insightful analysis.

    Help develop and implement research and data collection efforts to further improve our offerings

    Be able to communicate with customers to discuss the insights our data provides.

    Closely follow and understand market activity and the impact of news events on specific sectors, markets and assets

    Analyze diverse data to form a cohesive macroeconomic outlook.

    Requirements


    This position requires strong financial analysis experience, a deep understanding of commercial real estate and the use of data and insights to drive understanding and forecasts.


    The ideal candidate will have:


    Academic background in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field or significant experience in financial services and/or commercial real estate.

    2+ years of experience in financial/economic research, commercial real estate brokerage, publicly traded real estate securities and/or capital markets

    Demonstrable skill at writing and presenting

    Expert data manipulation skills

    Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future, without visa or sponsorship requirements


    Working Conditions:
    This position can be based at our downtown Detroit office, or remote in the USA.
