- Supervise Digital projects and teams both onsite and offshore, aiding in the tracking of project deliverables.
- Lead project activities encompassing requirements gathering, data analysis, integration, and the preparation, visualization, and presentation of future solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive strategic initiatives and process enhancements for eCommerce.
- Gather, refine, prioritize, and maintain the digital workstream backlog, including features and acceptance criteria in user stories.
- Validate test plan approaches for comprehensive functionality coverage; coordinate and execute test plans as required.
- Provide actionable recommendations for system and process improvements.
- Develop clear and comprehensible meeting presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum five years' experience as a Product Owner/Manager, specializing in SF commerce.
- Over five years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst in eCommerce solutions.
- At least two years of proven work experience with Salesforce (or equivalent) eCommerce application modules.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with SFMC (Marketing Cloud) and/or SF CRM is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions supporting business processes and transactions.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
- Thorough understanding of Agile processes and principles.
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application/solution issues.
- Proficient in accurately documenting meeting minutes for post-meeting review.
