    Weiss Ratings is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and to assist in the overall growth and development of front-end marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Retention at Weiss Ratings.

    The Marketing Coordinator will liaise between multiple marketing departments within Weiss Ratings. This position will play an integral role in executing the marketing/media plans for various campaigns aimed at acquiring new traffic to our lists, optimizing our lists, and the retention of our subscribers. This includes coordinating creative assets and launch plans, following up regularly with various departments, and potentially recruiting new affiliates to add to our existing network.

    Job Description

    • Play a critical role in the media planning process to deliver integrated marketing plans
    • Use this data to suggest new media/marketing opportunities that could meet and exceed KPI goals for Key Accounts, while improving overall net revenue
    • Understand and maintain actionable reporting around key business trends and KPIs, and communicate with internal teams and clients
    • Develop strong relationships with cross-channel teams to ensure correct prioritization and completion of tasks
    • Help distribute high-dollar, multi-channel budgets
    • Meet with and vet new affiliate partners to understand capabilities and how they could contribute to the clients overall goals
    • Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
    • Coordinate with other departments to create and maintain marketing materials
    • Utilize project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, etc) for effective planning, tracking, and execution of projects
    • Understand marketing funnels to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates
    • Assist in daily marketing administrative responsibilities including reporting and general upkeep of marketing material inventory
    • Coordinate and test website, sales funnel changes, and updates
    • Fact check and proof-read all marketing materials

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing
    • Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related area or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to be a proactive, self-starter who can work independently, as a team, and across departments with minimal direction
    • Outstanding organization and task management across multiple work streams with extremely high attention to detail
    • Proficiency in completing tasks and hitting project deadlines consistently
    • Comfortable interpreting data to identify patterns, optimizations, and insights to inform future campaign approach
    • Ability to build strong relationships and work with many partners
    • A desire to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, skilled team
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Sharepoint
    • High proficiency with marketing software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Everflow, Unbounce, and Power BI is preferred
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
    • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies
    • Flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
