The Opportunity:

The Associate Brand Manager is involved in all aspects of brand management for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD vaccines within the Commercial Operations Argentina (LATAM organization).Working with the Country Head and the Marketing Head, the Associate Brand Manager primary responsibilities include supporting the development of the value/brand proposition and marketing plans and lead tactical executions of the plan in the AR market.

The Associate Brand Manager will also ensure consistency in brand messaging, compliance in promotional activities and gather insights to create new marketing programs.

The Role:

Support the brand planning process for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD ensuring successful execution of the planContribute to the strategic planning and brand planning processes for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUAD.Help develop communications strategy and cross-functional activity plan for target segments / customers.

Lead the execution of marketing tactics, obtain approval through appropriate copy-clearance committees, ensure full compliance as outlined by CSL SeqirusHelp manage relationship with advertising agencies, provide feedback on copy and creatives consistent with the brand promise and strategy.

Lead disease awareness campaigns, assuring clear messages working together with Medical Affairs and Regulatory AffairsCollaborate with Medical Affairs in preparation for standard medical responses related to the brandPerform ad hoc analysis of market data and sales performance, analyzing audit information, as neededCongress execution, partnering with external agencies around booth development and logistics, key customer events, symposium, product presentations, etc.

Monitor competitive intelligence and competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations, as neededManage productive relationships with key medical societies?Support the development and execution of portfolio-based programs.

Deliver oral and written communications, develop and make presentations to commercial management and other internal groups, as neededSupport budget management for AFLURIA, FLUCELVAX and FLUADEnsure compliance to Procurement policies of external agencies, including Master Services AgreementsYour skills and experience:
Experience with healthcare marketing, compliance and regulatory requirements.

Advanced English skills (oral and written)Adept in Excel and PowerPointBachelors Degree required in Business/Marketing.3 years working experience in Commercial in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry 2 years working experience in Marketing or Sales rolesVaccines marketing, sales, sales training, sales operations experience preferredHealthcare consulting, market access and sales operations experience a plusOur BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
