Job Summary
We are hiring immediately for full time and part time COOK positions. Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal,state and corporate standards,guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.Pours ingredients into containers as specified on recipe cards Weighs portions of ingredients that will be used during production Ensures accurate labeling of prepared foods
Maintains cleanliness of work area according to health codes Maintains personal hygiene by washing hands frequently Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean neat Stores or discards excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures Operates equipment safely Uses protective gear when handling hot pans from ovens warmers or steamtables Puts away supplies after use
