    ** Fleet Maintenance Manager **Compensation - DOE- Full Time - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM.

    The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be honest, dedicated and a talented individual to assume the Manager position in the Fleet Maintenance department. The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of the Fleet Maintenance division and its staff.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall shop operation, including the efficient and profitable operation of the department, the recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising and disciplining of the department staff.
    • Ensure customer service and quality work is maintained at its highest level to meet all customer expectations.
    • Establishes department goals and objectives, measures progress, analyzes results and makes improvements as necessary.
    • Enforcing company policies and procedures.
    • Overall responsibility for the housekeeping, upkeep and maintenance of building, grounds and all shop equipment.
    • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
    • Underground Storage Tank (UST) maintenance and compliance.
    • Maintains shop compliance with all state and federal regulation agencies.
    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Regularly supervises 5-10 employees.
    • Assists with interviewing and training staff for the fleet department.
    • Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of the fleet department staff.
    • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
    • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and as a team with the human resources department.
