    Job Description:

    Summary Of Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

    • Understanding the structure of health + hospitals and business planning team's needs, including ongoing monitoring of existing plans and execution of new plans to drive patient growth
    • Understanding the background of systemwide cost saving initiatives, attending monthly meetings, collect updates from initiative leads and tracking progress
    • Monthly facility Budget Meetings- attend and prepare materials for monthly budget meetings with each of H+H's 11 clinical facilities
    • MISC projects to assist with career development/school curriculum for intern
    • Weekly group supervision; bi-weekly 1:1 supervision
    • Opportunities to attend both internal and external trainings depending on candidate preference/interest
    • Opportunity to present on the project/internship to Patient Growth and Corporate Finance team at the completion of service

    This position will have a duration of 4.5 months.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Students entering graduate or professional studies (beyond a Bachelors degree) and subsequent years of study.

    Department Preferences


    • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook


    • Strong written/verbal communication skills


    • Attention to detail and experience in data/statistical analysis- experience working in statistical software a plus (ex. Tableau)
